How Do I Cancel My Account?

Members can cancel their membership within the 7 day trial period and they will pay nothing. Please make sure that you request a cancellation within 7 days of signing up. After the trial period members will not receive a refund if they cancel their membership.

 


  • To cancel your membership you will need to login to MindfulYou.app.
  • On your 'Members Content' page you will need to click on the link to Edit Your Profile.
  • At the bottom of your 'Profile Page' there is a section called 'Membership Status'.
  • On the right there is a button 'Cancel Subscription', clicking this will cancel your membership payment on Stripe.
  • This will cancel your Free Trial and you will no longer have any access after the free 7 days have passed.
  • Annual Members will continue to have access for the remainder of the 12 month period they have paid for.
  • Gold Members will continue to have access to the remainder of the journey.
