What is the refund policy? Can I cancel my membership?

We have created Mindful You to bring meditation to you, not to make you feel stressed about your money.

 

If you are not happy within the first 7 days of your membership, you don’t pay.


  • To cancel your membership you will need to login to MindfulYou.app.
  • On your 'Members Content' page you will need to click on the link to Edit Your Profile.
  • At the bottom of your 'Profile Page' there is a section called 'Membership Status'.
  • On the right there is a button 'Cancel Subscription', clicking this will cancel your membership payment on Stripe.
  • This will cancel your Free Trial and you will no longer have any access after the free 7 days have passed.

 

Please make sure that you request a cancellation within 7 days of signing up, this will ensure that no payment will be made to Mindful You.

 

Yearly membership is a one-time fee for a year’s access. You can cancel anytime and you won’t make any additional payments. Your current year’s membership continues, and any money paid is not refundable.

 

Gold membership is a one-off payment for the complete Journey. After 7 days any money paid is not refundable.
